When you choose to pay your subscription by direct debit or bank transfer, our solution remains active and accessible for 14 days

following the subscription date (1) or the due date for payment of an invoice (2).

 

(1) For example, you subscribe to Lodago on March 6th, you will have access to Lodago until March 20th. 

(2) For example, if the invoice is due on March 6th, you will have access to Lodago until March 20th. 

 

This way, you can start or continue to use Lodago without difficulty even if we have not yet received payment.
