The address to use to create your Lodago account is the one you use to contact your customers and prospects. This address can be different from the one you use to connect to your CRM.
However, be careful. Your signatures must be configured for the domain name attached to the email address you used to create your Lodago account.
For example, if you access your CRM using the address firstname.lastname@example.org and you create your Lodago account with the address email@example.com, you will need to configure the signatures for the domain name mybusiness.com.
