Your client receives a confirmation email as soon as they make an appointment with you, but they cannot receive a confirmation by text message at the moment.
Note that your customer can also receive several reminders before your appointment. The reminder email can be sent for example 1 hour, 24 hours, 72 hours or even a week before your appointment, depending on what you choose in the "Reminder emails" tab of your Lodago account.
In any case, your client will also receive a notification in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
