You receive a notification from your business calendar (Google Chrome, Outlook Calendar or Office 365 calendar) as soon as a prospect makes an appointment with you or changes/cancels their appointment. You also receive an appointment reminder notification from your business calendar when your appointment is approaching.

Your prospect receives an appointment confirmation email as soon as they make an appointment with you. They also then receive several reminders before an appointment. The reminder email can be sent for example 1 hour, 24 hours, 72 hours or even a week before your appointment, depending on what you choose.
