The way to define the duration of a meeting depends on how your prospect books an appointment with you: from an email sent from your CRM/software using Lodago or from a booking link.

When you send an email, you can determine the duration of the proposed appointment.
When you insert booking links on your website or in your email signature for example, you can associate an appointment duration to each booking link. To do this, please go to the "Calendar/Email integration & Booking links" tab in your Lodago account. There you will find a table with a list of booking links, and for each booking link you will be able to associate the duration of the appointment you wish to propose. All you have to do is copy this link and integrate it on your website or in your email signature for example.
