There's no need for your clients to call you in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Here's how it works:
1. Your attendees can conveniently cancel or reschedule an appointment directly from the confirmation email or the appointment reminder email they receive.
2. If the appointment was booked through email, your attendees can also make changes by responding to the email they received.
3. You will be promptly informed through your business calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Office 365 calendar) as soon as an appointment is rescheduled or canceled.
4. Additionally, we will send you an email alert whenever someone cancels or reschedules a meeting.
