The way you set up a video conference depends on how your prospect books the appointment with you: from an email sent from your CRM/software using Lodago or from a booking link.


When you propose an appointment by email, simply check the "Online meeting" box in the Lodago editor of your CRM/software or through the API. 

Then when the prospect books an appointment, an appointment confirmation email is automatically sent to them, which will display the link to the video conference. This link is automatically generated based on the video conferencing software you have synchronized with your Lodago account. 


If the appointment is booked through a booking link available for example in the signature of your email, on your website or in the automatic emails sent from your automation platform, you can define in your Lodago account if you want this appointment link to allow your prospect to book a videoconference appointment.
