Your client receives a confirmation email as soon as they make an appointment with you. 

Then your customer can receive several reminders before your appointment. The reminder email can be sent for example 1 hour, 24 hours, 72 hours or even a week before your appointment, depending on what you choose in the "Reminder emails" tab of your Lodago account.

Your client also receives a notification in case of cancellation or postponement of an appointment.
