Your attendee receives a confirmation email immediately after making the appointment.

They can also receive multiple reminder emails leading up to the appointment. The frequency of these reminders can be customized in your Lodago account under the Reminder emails tab. 

You can choose to send reminders - 15 mins, 1 hour, 24 hours, 72 hours, or even a week before the appointment.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an appointment, your attendee will receive a notification.
