To add or remove seats/ licenses:
1. Access the License Management and Administrator Details tab in your Lodago account.
2. Click Add a user to add new seats to your subscription.
3. To add several seats, click Add a CSV file.
The new license(s) will be billed to you on a pro-rata basis until your next subscription renewal. After this next renewal, the billing will automatically take into account the new license(s) you have subscribed to.
To remove seats, kindly contact us or make an appointment with a Lodago officer.
Additionally to remove administrator access for a specific account:
1. Go to the License Management & Administrator Details tab.
2. Check or uncheck the box in the Administrators column.
