Please note that this question is only for admin users
All internal attendee calendars should be synchronized with Lodago.
This synchronization has been set up with the assistance of your IT team and allows Lodago to check internal attendee availability and automatically create meeting invitations in their Gmail and Outlook calendars when a meeting is set up.
To prevent any scheduling conflicts with existing meetings unrelated to the global event:
- Navigate to the ‘CALENDAR SYNCHRONIZATION’ section on the event setup page.
- Here, you will decide whether Lodago should consider internal attendees unavailable for a global event meeting, when they have meetings unrelated to the global event. For example, if a team member has a weekly review meeting with their manager.
- Selecting 'Yes' will mark the internal attendee as unavailable to meet an external attendee at the global event during the time of their review meeting.
- Selecting 'No' will mark the internal attendee as available to meet an external attendee at the global event during the time of their review meeting, unless another meeting related to the global event already exists.
This feature gives admin users control over attendee availability and makes sure global events run smoothly without any scheduling conflicts.
