As an admin user, you can decide whether external attendees can reschedule their meetings. 

To enable external attendees to automatically reschedule a meeting:

  1. Navigate to the SCHEDULING PROCESS section on the global event setup page. 
  2. Here, choose 'Yes' or 'No' from the dropdown menu. 

If you select 'Yes,' external attendees will have the flexibility to easily reschedule their meetings. They can do this from the meeting invites in their Outlook or Google calendars, email reminders, or even directly from the initial booking email by clicking on a link that offers alternative availability to meet at the global event.

This feature empowers external attendees to manage their schedules effectively, eliminating the need for back-and-forth communication when they need to reschedule a meeting.
