Track the activity in your meeting rooms/tables by using the ‘Calendar view’ option

  1. Navigate to the ‘Global Events’ tab in the left menu. 
  2. Identify your global event and click the global event name link. 
  3. Select the "Calendar view" option.
  4. A calendar will be displayed, showing each day of the event and the corresponding schedule for each meeting room table.
  5. To obtain more information about a specific meeting, simply click on the specific meeting.
