Yes, as an admin user, you can enable external attendees to reschedule meetings during the global event setup.  

Follow these steps to do so: 

  1. Navigate to the ‘Global Events’ tab in the left menu. 
  2. Go to the event setup page 
  3. In the ‘Scheduling Process’ section, you will find a drop-down menu, where you can enable external attendees to reschedule meetings or not.  

If this has been enabled, external attendees will have the flexibility to easily reschedule their meetings. They can do this from the meeting invites in their Outlook or Google calendars, email reminders, or even directly from the initial booking email by clicking on a link that offers alternative availability to meet at the global event.

This feature empowers external attendees to manage their schedules effectively, eliminating the need for back-and-forth communication when they need to reschedule a meeting.
