  1. Navigate to the Global Events tab in the left menu
  2. Click on the global event name link.
  3. View the beginning and end dates of the event directly.
  4. Click on the  ‘View date details’, situated below the start and end dates of the global event.
  5. Here you can identify the available time slots during which you can book your onsite or offsite meetings.
