Common Check-in Process for both admin and internal attendees:
Once a meeting is booked, external attendees receive an email with a QR code. Any user can scan an external attendee's QR code.
To achieve this, they should be logged into the Lodago Events platform via their smartphone's browser. Once the QR code is scanned, this leads to a page where they confirm the meeting location, ensure room availability is up-to-date, and then validate the external attendees' presence.
The QR code holder's attendance box is pre-checked. If other external attendees are present, users can manually tick their boxes, eliminating the need to scan multiple QR codes.
Admin users have the exclusive privilege to manually check-in meetings without scanning QR codes.
Access 'Global Events' and click on the specific global event name.
Access the meeting details by clicking on the specific meeting in the calendar view or the meeting ID in a table format.
Admins can manually update the dropdown list for external attendees.
