To use a form when booking a meeting with Lodago, please follow these steps:
1. Create a form by visiting the Forms tab and following our user guide on how to create a form.
2. Link your form to an event by creating or editing an event, clicking on Form selection option, and selecting the form you want to use from the dropdown menu.
3. Specify how you want to receive the form's answers. By default, form answers are received by email and integrated inside meeting invitations.
4. Click Save to save your form and link it to your event.
5. When your attendee receives your event by email or through your booking link, they can select a slot from your availability and fill out the form.
6. Once they've answered the questions, they can click Submit & Book meeting to finalize the booking.
