You can block your calendar in various ways:

1. If the unavailability is recurrent, define your unavailability in your Calendar Synchronization & Availabilities

2. If not, when you add a meeting or unavailability to your Outlook or Google calendar, it is automatically taken into account by Lodago and you will be displayed as unavailable during those slots.
